What is the State of Innovation at Large Organizations

This project focus on the innovation culture at different companies as well as the employee engagement tactics that they use. Each company underwent a Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats or SWOT analysis. This project helped me identify what the company culture is like as well as what is expected of their employees in each organization. This showed me what I should look for in company in order to be successful.

Exelon

Exelon is a nuclear electric power generation company that services 10 million customers across the United States. Exelon uses nuclear, natural gas, hydroelectric, wind, solar, and fossil fuels to power the nation.
